The MijnDSW app allows you to view and manage everything related to your health insurance with DSW by yourself.

After activating the MijnDSW app, you will have immediate access to:

• Your insurance(s)
• Your healthcare costs and reimbursements
• The status of your deductible
• Paid and outstanding bills
• Digital mail

Furthermore, with the MijnDSW app, you can easily:

• Submit healthcare expenses by taking a photo of the bill in the app or uploading the digital invoice
• Pay outstanding bills with iDEAL
• Update your insurance or personal information

Health Insurance Card

With the MijnDSW app, you always have your digital health insurance card on hand, even without an internet connection!

App Activation

Activate the app by logging in once with DigiD. Then choose how you would like to log in in the future; for example, with a PIN code or fingerprint.
